With the current climate of the world (which is a nice way of saying the world is figuratively spinning at a faster pace than I have ever known), I decided it was time to reduce some stress for us all. Yes, friends, we are learning a lot, and that’s a good thing, but at the same time it is important to care for the vessel which contains all this information – The mind, body and spirit. Without taking care of ourselves how are we going to create all the positive changes that we want for this beautiful world? So I put together a yoga for anxiety and stress class that will heal us from, well frankly, our broken hearts.
This Yoga for Anxiety and Stress class combines breath work, meditation, and heart healing yoga practices learned from the brilliant teachers, Sage Pantanjali, Dr. Timothy McCall, and Prana Flow Goddess Shiva Rea.
Enjoy this class today and any day you want. Rinse and repeat my friends. It is a great yoga practice that will calm your mind, and your body, and give a sweet kiss to your spirit.
Stay positive.
Mother Earth is truly an amazing miracle. Continue to hold the Divine Light within you.
Namaste lovelies.🙏
