20 Minute Yoga Workout

20 Minute Yoga Workout

Got twenty minutes?

In this crazy busy world today, we always run out of time for ourselves.

From trying to keep up with the Joneses, to trying to keep up with the kids, our body ends up closing in, our shoulders feel tight and our posture is just off.

Add how long we spend on the computer and our phones, itโ€™s a recipe for disaster.

Yoga is the answer.

Peaceful Warrior

I created this sequence for you. It is both fun and creative.

Itโ€™s also quite the energy boost. Consider it your 20 minute energy tonic – giving you the boost you need to do all those important tasks that you feel that you need to do for the day.

Plus, you get to say, โ€œI did something for myself!โ€

We will have fun testing our balance in warrior three.

Warrior 3

We will strengthen our spine, our back and our glutes while open our hips, chest and shoulders.

You will love this practice!

Tell us what you think and how you feel.

Namaste Beautiful friends!

  4. This makes yoga seem a lot less overwhelming. I feel as though I get nervous to take a “long yoga class” because I think what will people think of me but this makes it more manageable for me.

  5. I’m totally adding this to my Yoga playlist. I’ve been wanting to try some of your videos, but I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and all I’ve been able to do really is walking and a little bit of calisthenics that are easy on my shoulder. But I can’t wait to start incorporating some of your videos into my routines. Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚
