From trying to keep up with the Joneses, to trying to keep up with the kids, our body ends up closing in, our shoulders feel tight and our posture is just off. Add how long we spend on the computer and our phones, it’s a recipe for disaster. This 20 minute yoga workout is the answer.

I created this 20 minute yoga workout sequence for you. It is both fun and creative.

It’s also quite the energy boost. Consider it your 20 minute energy tonic – giving you the boost you need to do all those important tasks that you feel that you need to do for the day.

We will have fun testing our balance in warrior three.
