I created this 20 minute yoga workout sequence for you. It is both fun and creative.
Itβs also quite the energy boost. Consider it your 20 minute energy tonic – giving you the boost you need to do all those important tasks that you feel that you need to do for the day.
Plus, you get to say, βI did something for myself!β
We will have fun testing our balance in warrior three.

We will strengthen our spine, our back and our glutes while open our hips, chest and shoulders.
