Daily 15 Minute Heart Opening Yoga for Spine Strength

Heart Opening Yoga - Feature

Feeling a little slouchy these days?

This heart opening yoga class is your everyday de-slouching class!

In this class will stretch open the tight muscles of the chest and hips while strengthening the muscles of the spine.

It’s only 15 minutes so it is perfect to fit into your daily routine!

Please be careful to always protect the low back but extending the tailbone in back-bending poses, that means, sends your hips forward, not back.

Chest openers are also a great way to feel and invite more love into your heart!

Don’t be surprised with what emotional experiences come up. Just observe them and learn from it. There is alway something to learn in everything we do.

Please enjoy the class and I would love to hear what you think.

  5. This is something that I would need for myself daily when I wake up. I wake up with a jolt and then go to work immediately on my phone. I need to change and work on that. – Kathy Ngo

  6. I agree with you, I believe this heart opening yoga is amazing—even if you only practice for one hour a week, you will experience the benefits of the practice. If you can do more than that, you will certainly experience more benefits.
