  1. Yoga has always been a skill I’d love to get into since it focuses more on inner peace. I’ve been looking around for some methods to try out. Thank you!

  2. I do yoga every morning, sometimes when I am in a rush I don’t have much time to do all the asanas … you post has been most helpful. Will certainly try it out.

  3. Very nice and simple flow. Ideal for times when I don’t have much time. I do yoga but I never can make a good practice shorter than 60 min even if need just to warm up a little

  4. People do not yet understand the advantages of doing yoga. It impacts every muscle in the body and gives relief if there is pain in any part of the body. And it is very relaxing. Great post.

  5. what a great way to spend 10 minutes of your day! I love meditating/stretching while giving myself time to unwind from my days… it’s important ; )
