This is a quick 10 minute yoga flow sequence requested by one of my lovely yoga students at the YMCA.

This is for the person who wants to fit a 10 minute practice Into their day and has a little bit more experience than a first day yogi.
There will be more 10 minute videos to come and I’m very excited to bring you that!
But, I want to invite you to join me for this quick 10 minute Quick Flow yoga sequence video that will help you center yourself and unleash your beautiful spirit.
You’ll get a good heart opening hip opening.
We will briefly explore camel pose and then come down to a gentle floor practice.
And, all of this in only 10 minutes!

These are some props that will be very useful in this practice.
- Yoga Mat (Here’s a cool Reversible Elephant Yoga Mat from Gaiam)
- Yoga Blocks
- Yoga Strap
- Water Bottle (Infused Water Bottle – 22oz)

Love this, I want to start Yoga but initially want to begin at home – this looks like a good routine, though I have seen your chair ones too.
I haven’t done Yoga for a long time. I think I’m going to start soon.

This is a great routine for just 10 minutes. I like that it incorporates quite a few moves targeting different areas of the body.

Very nice and simple flow. Ideal for times when I don’t have much time. I do yoga but I never can make a good practice shorter than 60 min even if need just to warm up a little

People do not yet understand the advantages of doing yoga. It impacts every muscle in the body and gives relief if there is pain in any part of the body. And it is very relaxing. Great post.
