  1. Start in the bed? My kind of workout. 😉

I have been trying to find something I can do first thing to get me “in the mood” for exercise – will be trying this tomorrow!!!

    1. Hi Roxanne! I’m so glad you want to try, Quick Wake Up Yoga, out. It is really important to our well-being to set our spiritual intention for the day, planning who we want to be in the day even when someone or something throws us a curve ball. If we are already starting out fearful of what doesn’t go our way and thinking we have to be in control of everything that happens around us we are not really experiencing our life in all it’s glory and all of it’s imperfections. Creating a spiritual routine for yourself can help you embrace the day and everything it has to offer you. Starting your day off with this morning wake up routine will help you connect with who you really are and have that be the person that lives your life, instead of letting outside stresses decide how you should feel today. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your comment! I hope to hear more from you! Namaste friend!

    1. That is awesome! I am so excited for you that you are taking yoga teacher training! It is such a great way to evolve your Yoga Practice and share your love of yoga with the world. I mean, hey, we know yoga works and we want to share it with people.

When I was prepping for my yoga teacher training, well there was no Youtube back then, but I used to pop in my Rodney Yee yoga videos everyday day to be physically at my best when I walked into my class. Since I didn’t go to yoga classes more than 3 times a week because either it wasn’t physically or financially possible, practicing with Rodney Yee everyday kept me well prepared for the long and beautiful hours of training. There will also be a lot of sitting on the floor so doing this, Quick Wake Up Yoga will keep your body open for that. One tip I want to give you for your training is to just totally be yourself. Some folks get caught up in their heads and feel like they have to compete with the others. Then the experience becomes less transformative. If you keep an open mind and send yourself love, the teachers love and the journey love you will have the experience of your life. You will evolve and unlock your deeper, true nature. You’re going to have the time of your life sister!

Thank you so much for sharing your comment! I would love to hear about your journey! Stay in touch! Namaste Friend!

  2. Looks like a fabulous routine. Can’t wait to get into my yoga gear and try it. Some of my favourite poses are here. Love the warrior pose. And look at the beautiful studio you have. Fabulous view. Thanks for sharing this morning routine. Feel invigorated just watching it. Now, off to go do it.

    1. Ahh! Sherry, I am so happy that you pointed that out. For me, the most important part of the practice. For me, I always start off the day this way! This way I stay grounded in who I am as a person, my true nature. It helps so much with rooting your spirit into your day. This way, when those curve balls come at you, you know who you want to be! Thank you so much for your comment sister! I will be sharing more videos and I would love to know what you think! Namaste! Which means the light in me is honored by the light in you!

    1. Hi Induja! Yes! It’s easy! I’m so happy it fell into your lap! You’re right! Yoga doesn’t always have to be challenging. It can also just be an opportunity to find peace and to self reflect. Thank you so much for your comment!
