Hello Earthlings!
We were lucky enough to have “Earth Day” land on the same day we do our Live Wednesday yoga classes. More than ever we are realizing how important it is to take care of our Mother Earth and the gifts that she brings us. This practice is dedicated to her!
This class will help you feel rooted to your true nature. We included grounding and heart opening poses along with magical and effective breath practices that pull your spirit into it’s beautiful vessel.
Not to point out anything wrong, but there were minor technical difficulties. I hope that doesn’t take away from the celebration of life in our Mother Earth yoga practice.
Our world is changing around us, and through this adjustment it is important to remember to be quiet and listen to what nature is telling us. Through the leaves of the trees, the bird’s whistles, and the beat of your heart, the answers are all around us. Plug into it, get quiet, slow and connected.
While we are being Bombarded by new information from all over the world, let’s not forget to redirect our inner dialogue onto a healthy and stable path. What are the good words that we need to be telling ourselves?
Let’s start to appreciate the safe place that we have built in our homes and in our hearts.
Grab your yoga mat. Your journey begins… now!
Namaste Beautiful Friends!
A Minor Bird
I have wished a bird would fly away,
And not sing by my house all day;Have clapped my hands at him from the door
When it seemed as if I could bear no more. The fault must partly have been in me.
The bird was not to blame for his key.And of course there must be something wrong
